  • Yes, you can book appointments through our online booking platform, Vagaro.

  • Our appointment times vary based on the services requested and their duration.

  • We accept cash, card, and alternative payment methods, as well as payment plans.

  • Due to the influx of humans booking appointments and not showing up or communicating with us that they will not make it. We will now require a card on file for any appointment booked. Your card will only be charged in the event of a no show your appointment.

    Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. If you are running late, please contact us to ensure that your service can still be accommodated. In the event that you are unsatisfied with your hair service, and it has been 7 days or less since your original service date, we offer a "re-design" or adjustment with your stylist, with an additional cost if you prefer to switch stylists. Please note that refunds are not provided. No-shows will be charged 100% of the missed service. However, you have the option to communicate with us and reschedule before the service time without any additional fees.

  • Yes please do! We LOVE PICTURES! Please bring us all your reference and inspiration photos to your appointment. It will aid us in seeing the vision floating around in your head.

  • No, we do not offer special rates for children. Full disclosure: it can be the same amount of work as an adult if not more work depending on the child - we love kids but no special pricing.

  • Absolutely! We love walk-ins, and if we are available, we will take care of you no prob! However, we do accept appointments, and that can sometimes fill the day and book us solid. We suggest giving us a call and getting added to the wait list.

  • Give us a call or you can always book a HAIR CONSULTATION. This is a free service that allows us to meet with you and help you to find the right cut, style or color for you.

  • Every haircut is a unique experience of its own. Your hair type and how much time it will take to achieve the desired look contributes to our decision for if you need a short cut or a long cut. The easiest way to think about it is if your hair hangs below your ears or can be tucked behind your ears you will want to book a long cut. You can always call us for more details.

  • If it is your first time with us, we ask that you book a HAIR CONSULTATION so that we can meet you in person to see your hair to help determine what is the best route to achieve your desired goal.
