Policies
Due to the influx of humans booking appointments and not showing up or communicating with us that they will not make it. We will now require a card on file for any appointment booked. Your card will only be charged in the event of a no show your appointment.

Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. If you are running late, please contact us to ensure that your service can still be accommodated. In the event that you are unsatisfied with your hair service, and it has been 7 days or less since your original service date, we offer a "re-design" or adjustment with your stylist, with an additional cost if you prefer to switch stylists. Please note that refunds are not provided. No-shows will be charged 100% of the missed service. However, you have the option to communicate with us and reschedule before the service time without any additional fees.
